Gem State Leadership Conference

Gem State Leadership Conference is a 1-2 day in-state experience held in a few locations across Idaho. Members are engaged in sessions that focus on leadership, communication, personality style, agricultural advocacy, community service and inclusion, to name a few!

ENRICH is for freshmen and sophomores in high school.

This track focuses on person growth and self-improvement strategies in order to better individuals and society.

Gem State Leadership Conference - Pursue.png

PURSUE meets the needs of high school juniors and seniors.

This track focuses on utilizing personal skills to be an effective team member and a leader in the real world.

 

GSL Conference DETAILS

Idaho FFA opens a registration for FFA advisors to complete in early January for all conferences. Seats are limited!

DAY ONE OF EACH CONFERENCE IS IN OFFICIAL DRESS! (Single-day schedules will be in Official Dress) Day two is in business casual to nice school casual. Let’s help educate our members on levels of attire so they are better-prepared for employment!

Cost per member: $45.00 per member, non-refundable

Attendees must be in your roster at least submitted to state level for participation.

Chapters make their own housing reservations for the locations. Monday dinner is included with registration.

Boise career success tours (grades below 11th)

During the Cenarrusa NWACC/FFA Legislative Luncheon, Career Success Tours will be available to younger members on a first come, first serve basis. See Weekly Update emails for a link to register members for tours. Lunch is included. THIS EVENT REQUIRES REGISTRATION and is NOT included in GSL registration. cenarrusa NWACC/FFA Legislative luncheon (Boise only, Juniors, seniors and advisors only)

Luncheon is held at the Riverside Hotel on Monday of the Boise GSL event and is open to only juniors and seniors as well as FFA advisors. Registration materials will be mailed to chapters in December or early January. Attendees are required to attend a short orientation just prior to the luncheon.
